GILES DEACON launches his first ever beachwear collection for New Look today - and the designer has gone beyond the call of duty researching the new line - lounging by LA pools aplenty.
"Design-led swimwear is a must for this season - not only in the pool but for poolside bar action," Deacon, whose collections have previously been sported by stars including Agyness Deyn and Drew Barrymore, said - before giving us his top girls for this summer: "This season it would be great to see Agyness Deyn, Lily Allen, Beth Ditto and January Jones sporting it on the beach!"
The collection - which contains beach bags, kaftans and flip-flops as well as bikinis and swimsuits - launches in selected New Look stores today and online at www.newlook.co.uk from next week.
