Kate Moss, whose Topshop clothing line has received global acclaim over the past nine seasons, is set to develop her partnership with Arcadia supremo Sir Philip Green by joining his new business venture with Simon Cowell, it has been reported today - making her the world's richest model.
The supermodel and retail magnate, both of whom were born and raised in Croydon, are preparing to link up for the launch of Green's business venture with music mogul Cowell - which will see the duo take on Disney in a music and merchandise venture tabled to earn them billions.
Moss is rumoured to have been approached to appear as a figurehead for the fashion side of the business - as well as to help out with acquisitions on the music side.
"She will also be involved in finding and signing new bands and promoting them," a source told The Daily Mail. "She has a big network of people they have no access to. In return, Kate will net a share of the profits. Her entire fortune would double within a year bringing her up to the £100 million mark."
